Patches applied to vanilla vdr sources
--------------------------------------

Makefile-CFGDIR:
    Thomas Schmidt <tschmidt@debian.org>

Allow default config dir to be set as define.

cmdsubmenu:
    Albu at vdrportal.de

Adds submenus within the commands and recording commands menu. To create
a submenu entry, prefix the name by one ore more "-".

newplugin:
    Thomas Schmidt <tschmidt@debian.org>

Patch for the newplugin-script, to not require a normal vdr-source-dir

default_svdrp_port_0:
    Thomas Schmidt <tschmidt@debian.org>

This sets the default svdrp-port to 0, which means that SVDRP is disabled
by default unless someone specifies another port with the --port option
    when starting vdr

sort_options:
Darren Salt and Luca Olivetti <luca@ventoso.org>

[LO] Add sort-by-source options. [DS] Add
    sort-by-provider-then-channel-number options.

dd-record-option:
    Thomas Schmidt <tschmidt@debian.org>

Allowes to choose if to record and to replay Dolby Digital independently
(to work around some audio issues with the dvd-plugin)

sortrecordings:
    FrankJepsen at vdrportal.de

Sort recordings dirs first and by name, recs by date or name (if last
char in dir is one of '.-$').

osdbase-maxitems:
    Andreas Brugger <brougs78@gmx.net>

Fixes problems with text2skin skin enigma.

cap-memsize:
    Thomas Gnther <tom@toms-cafe.de>

Add OSD_CAP_MEMSIZE from newer dvb drivers to compile with Debian package
    linux-kernel-headers_2.5.999-test7-bk-17 (Sarge).

dvbplayer:
    Reinhard Nissl <rnissl@gmx.de>

Fixes VDR's recording replayer to send proper I-frames to a
device. Without this patch it is very likely that incomplete I-frames are
sent and therefore many I-frames will not be displayed by devices like
vdr-xine or dxr3. This patch has a very positive effect on moving cutting
marks and all fast trickspeed modes as well as slow motion rewind. NOTE:
without this patch it is likely that xine disconnects from vdr-xine
    while moving cut marks.

channels.conf.terr-fix:
    Thomas Schmidt <tschmidt@debian.org>

Removes Ch 14 fom example channels.conf.terr, because the entry is invalid
    (reported as Ubuntu Bug #45721)
