Create a new cairo_pattern_t for the given surface.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     cairoPatternCreateForSurface(surface)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'surface': ['CairoSurface'] the surface

_V_a_l_u_e:

['CairoPattern'] the newly created 'CairoPattern' if succesful,
or an error pattern in case of no memory. The caller owns the
returned object and should call 'cairo\Pattern\Destroy()' when
     finished with it.

This function will always return a valid pointer, but if an error
occurred the pattern status will be set to an error. To inspect
the status of a pattern use 'cairoPatternStatus'.
