_g_t_k_G_e_t_D_e_f_a_u_l_t_L_a_n_g_u_a_g_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Returns the 'PangoLanguage' for the default language currently in
     effect. (Note that this can change over the life of an
     application.)  The default language is derived from the current
     locale. It determines, for example, whether GTK+ uses the
     right-to-left or left-to-right text direction. See
     'gtkGetLcCtype()' for notes on behaviour on Windows.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     ['PangoLanguage']  the default language as a 'PangoLanguage', must
     not be freed

_N_o_t_e:

     This function will terminate your program if it was unable to
     initialize  the GUI for some reason. If you want your program to
     fall back to a  textual interface you want to call 'gtkInitCheck'
     instead.
