Notes
A note specification has the form
pitch[!][?][duration]
The alteration refers to what note is heard, not to whether an
accidental is printed. This is done depending on the key and context.
A reminder accidental
can be forced by adding an exclamation mark ! after the pitch. A
cautionary accidental,
i.e., an accidental within parentheses can be obtained by adding the
question mark `?' after the pitch.

The grob for a note head is called NoteHead .
