Move around ordinary rests (not multi-measure-rests) to avoid conflicts.
maximum-rest-count(integer):- kill off rests so we don't more than this number left.
Default value: (unset)
minimum-distance(number):- minimum distance between notes and rests.
Default value: (unset)
elements(list):- list of grobs, type depending on the Grob where this is set in. Default value: (unset)
