Enabling the Exchange Plugin

The Exchange Plugin is disabled by default, so you need to enable the plugin by accessing Settings->Configure Plugins from KOrganizer. You should see this dialog appear:

In this dialog, enable the Microsoft® Exchange 2000 plugin for KOrganizer and click OK. This should enable a new Exchange menu in KOrganizer, as in the following screenshot:
