Here is a list of all documented files with brief descriptions:

Efreet.h	The file that must be included by any project wishing to use Efreet
efreet_base.h	Contains the methods used to support the FDO base directory specification
efreet_desktop.h	Contains the structures and methods used to support the FDO desktop entry specificiation
efreet_icon.h	Contains the structures and methods used to support the FDO icon theme specificiation
efreet_menu.h	Contains the structures and methods to support the Desktop Menu Specification
