The answer is: First you must decide what the system is going to be used for.
In many cases, even a ``private'' workstation will have more than one user
account active on the machine. Even if the machine is not connected to the
Internet or any local net, there will be the need for more than one user
account on the machine from time to time, so there is good reason to
understand how to manage such accounts.
