Synopsis:
   load wallopstat

Description:
   This script provides several commands for selectively filtering certain
   types of WALLOPS messages.

     Alias      Description                                               
     /loud-     make user wallops appear normally
     /loud+     make oper wallops appear normally
     /loudS     make server wallops appear normally
     /silent-   put user wallops in status line
     /silent+   put oper wallops in status line
     /silentS   put server wallops in status line
