Synopsis:
   on [<modes>]widelist [<serial#>] [-|^]<match> { <action> }

Description:
   This hook is triggered when the client receives server output from a
   LIST command, when given with the -wide switch.

Parameters:
   $0-   channel list, of format #channel(n), where 'n' is the number of
         users on the channel
