  DOS changes

  sound was not getting uninitialized if you didn't have
    a mouse driver installed and left clock speed up, which
    caused some mouse drivers to failon init.

  draw with fore off and bound on works... 
      looks pretty cool to play this way too!

  -2 not allowed with rez < 640x400

  added Copyright notice to level format.. levels will
    not load without it.  I had to do this for ugly legal
    reasons. (0.32 levels will not work with 0.33), all
    future versions should be downwardly compatiable though.
	
  disable network code : though it doesn't work yet, it
    does startup a file server whose security features
    have not been tested yet.

  fixed a memory bug which caused random crashes after
    loading different levels many times.
