file attributes (atime,mtime,mode). It's used to reset file attributes for CREATE_EXCLUSIVE

create mode .The possible values could be: NFS3_CREATE_EXCLUSIVE, NFS3_CREATE_UNCHECKED, or NFS3_CREATE_GUARDED
